Rules
This event will have exclusive rules that promote cards from the archetypes in the Solo Mode scenarios, such as Monarch, Elementsaber, and World Chalice.
There are some cards that cannot be used as they are not part of an archetype, or belong to an archetype that has not been featured in Solo Mode as of January 2023. In addition, some cards cannot be used for game balance reasons.
Please Check the Forbidden/Limited List to see the cards that cannot be used.
If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed
Export Guide
- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers. After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it
Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
(PC Only): Press F12 to open the browser console => Paste the export code there => Hit Enter
OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code and hit Enter
Save the deck
Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Every popular archetype not used in Solo Mode (Eldlich, Branded, Swordsoul, Floowandereeze, Runick, Adamancipator etc.) has received bans on one or several Key Cards. There are some less popular archetypes (for instance, Ultra Athletes) that have no bans.
Prominent Burn, Self-TK, and Floodgate cards have been banned for this event.
Generic Power cards (unless they were part of a banned archetype) have been generally untouched for the most part, leaving most staples available.
Popular Banned Card Examples
Note: Since this is a massive banlist, in lieu of posting all of the banned cards, we're going to give examples of popular cards that are banned. There are several non-Story Mode archetypes that have had several key cards hit, so if you want to check it out for yourself, check out the event banlist in-game by entering the Event Mode in the Deck Menu!
If you combine the cards in the shiranui starter deck and the zombie structure deck, you can get a very cheap, competent and fun deck for this event. I would even say crafting Sunsaga for a final boss monster is worth it.
only 50 medals per loss makes you feel like you nothing, you waste 15+ mintues in a duel to lose and get only that, how you supose to get 22k medals by 10days
