Introduction to Wind-Up
Hi, my name is Luis. A while back I made this deck on a whim. Now, It is my favorite deck in Master Duel. It's fun and has multiple lines, but not having a second Loading...
definitely made the deck weak to everything. Now that Zenmaity is semi-limited, we are unleashed. Welcome to Wind-Up.
Overview
Wind-Up Cards
These are the Main Deck monsters we use to make powerful boards and create advantage. Loading...

make up the terrible trio of soft once per turn effects that allow us to spam Summon any Wind-Up monster we want.
Wind-Up Rat
Though bricky in certain scenarios, Rat serves as an important extender and is required at 3 for certain plays,

combos, and

Bridges. Rat has the ability to Summon any Wind-Up from the GY in defense position and with this effect we can Summon Magician to Summon more Wind-Up Monsters, Or Shark to go into strong Xyz monsters.
Wind-Up Shark
An effect that allows himself to be Special Summoned from the hand if any Wind-up is Summoned makes this Shark the best to have in your opening hand. Combine him with a one card starter, and you have the best possible combo, with the best possible endboard. He also has a second effect that allows him to change his own Level, so you can make Level 3 or 5 Xyz monsters, or trigger Magician's effect.
Wind-Up Magician
With a soft once on the field effect, Magician can Summon any Wind-Up to the field, including itself, if any Wind-Up activates an effect, excluding itself. This effect allows you to spam Summon as many Wind-Ups as possible. Though you may not want to see this card in your hand at first, Magician and Shark together is another full combo. Run three because you will be Summoning as many as possible.
Non-Wind-Up Monster Cards
These are the Non Wind-Up Monster Cards that we use to boost the decks consistency and power. These cards serve as both Small World bridges and as one card combos and I couldn't be more happier with the selection I picked.
Rescue Cat
Look it's

! No wait, it's the best starter in the deck. Rescue Cat has two discernable features that makes him a better starter than any other card for Wind-Up: 1.He Tributes himself, clearing the field to use and abuse

to its full potential, and 2. He dumps a Rat into the GY so that you can now do the new Semi-Limited Zenmaity combo, making Rescue Cat one of the best starters. Have this little guy in hand, you have full combo. Have this little guy and Shark, you have an even better combo.
Speedroid Terrortop
If we could play more Terrortops we would, but just having the one is plenty. With this guy you have full combo and you don't use your Normal Summon, though you don't dump Rat into the GY, you can do a different line that gives a decent board. One of the added bonuses of this card is that you can play around a lot of handtraps if you use Rescue Cat and Terrortop together.
P.U.N.K. package
Though not a one card combo by themselves,

is. using that card to your advantage allows you to Summon Zenmaity without using your Normal Summon by bringing Ze Amin to the field. An added bonus is the fact Foxy Tune dumps a card into the GY. if you have Rat, or Magician in hand, dump them to get a strong line, even without E-tele.
Danger!? Jackalope?
Jackalope serves many purposes in this deck. To start, he is the second half of the monsters you will be Summoning using

, he is an amazing Small World bridge, and finally, if your hand is terrible, you can do some gamba and either draw something, or Summon this bad boy and Normal Summon the Rat or an ash blossom. You can also use

, but that card is boo-boo.
Spell Cards
Not to many Spell cards, but still powerful Spell cards nonetheless.
Small World
The best consistency card for this deck. The minus one is perfectly fine because you effectively have 6 Rescue Cats and 4 Terrortops. Though you can't search Shark as consistently unless you run cards like

, you can deal with it knowing you have access to all the other combo pieces and extenders.
Emergency Teleport
Alongside Cat and Terrortop, you have this incredible card. Did your Terrortop or Cat get negated? No worries because E-tele has your back. It's insane how strong this card is, even though its unlimited in TCG.
