No Expulsion on the top 16, is it all just empty hype?

Expulsion is only good if you know you are going first, otherwise it just means that you have 2 cards in your deck that are useless. That's why the card was only ever used in the side deck in both TCG and OCG, since there is no side deck in this event it makes sense that it isn't being played

the problem with the using of expulsion is the amount damage needed for FTK your opponent after the floodgate been removed. Or perhaps the expulsion stay hidden until duelist cup, then who knows.
