If you want to build a Code Talker Deck I suggest crafting a Cynet Mining to unlock the secret pack as you will need three for the core. If you have a full set of Cynet Mining already, craft a Lady Debug, Micro Coder, Cynet Codec. If you are not confident in pulling 1 Accescode Talker/Firewall Dragon you can craft them instead.
