Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the browser console => Paste the export code there => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code and hit Enter
  4. Save the deck
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

Notes & Combos

Nothing you haven't seen already except that I run only 2 cockroaches. Why you ask? Because even at 3 I rarely had it and even more rare than that it resolved, so I decided to cut one and add Veiler in it's place. I also like Chunjun for a few reasons (actually forced a few surrenders in diamond due to dodging imperm with it)

First one obviously he's a "Swordsoul" card. Second one is his effect when he's used as a synchro material. There have been dozens of matches where only that move made me win as it allowed me to banish 2 from the field.

Besides this, I rarely see 2 lists with 2 Blackouts, but I like it.

Runick tips: I don't like using Chaos Hunter because you have to discard to summon it and it also stops you from making your plays. Also if I decide to put in 2 or 3 Cosmic Cyclones, I will always put a 3rd pot of desires along with it. Pure Runick is not that hard, I just don't play until I have my outs (Tenyis + Duster) in case opponent doesn't summon Hugin preemptively, or if they summon anything else besides Hugin, I just pass until I have storm.
