Prerequisites

  • A registered Konami ID linked to your master duel game
  • Must login to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB using the same Konami ID
  • If the Yu-Gi-Oh! DB website asks to login with Game Card ID just click "I don't have a game card ID" and fill some basic information to proceed

Export Guide

- Via the MDM extension (Recommended): Download on Firefox, or Chromium Browsers
For Chromium browsers (Chrome/Edge/Opera/Brave...etc) just click "Add to chrome" on the store page and it'll work on most if not all chromium browsers.
After using the extension, go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

  1. Click here to copy the export code
    2.
  2. Go to Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards DB and click My Deck => Add a Deck
  3. Once the deck page loads click Edit then do one of the following based on the platform your device is running:
    • (PC Only): Press F12 to open the browser console => Paste the export code there => Hit Enter
    • OR (Other platforms/PC): In the address bar of the current tab remove the URL and type "javascript:" without the quotations then paste the export code and hit Enter
  4. Save the deck
  5. Go to the Master Duel game => Main menu => Deck option => The Card database option at the top right corner => locate the deck you exported and copy it

FYI, I revamped my deck after watching this excellent video from Pak (featuring Jesse Kotton's tips on deckbuilding/ratios): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5VM2qUE9pro

The main difference is that I now use Crusadias predominantly for the normal summon (and access to Magius) and prefer not to open a second Crusadia because they are worse extenders than Mekks. Magius searches for the second Crusadia with the best utility given the gamestate, anyway. Usually Draco, but can also be Arboria for the Synchro, Maximus for the OTK, etc. 1 of each Crusadia for a total of 5 provides a 57% chance of opening at least 1 "Crusadia starter"; my alternative starters are then Girsu, Blue Sky, and Purple Nightfall. 12 (2-card) starters total.

As you can probably tell, I'm focusing less on OTK-ing; main objective is to dismantle the board and set up WL Secret to prevent the follow-up. I did try 3 CCs for a bit, but decided to drop 1 for DRNM as it's pretty much the only out to 20-min combo decks. I really wanted to stick to everything at 3 or 1 per Jesse Kotton, but in a BO1 format it may be reasonable to vary the ratios to play the percentages given the matchups in your rank (e.g., if facing 2 Runicks for every 1 unfair combo.dek).

Btw: I love the color spread of the monster lineup with Red Moon+Yellow Star back in my deck!
