Notes & Combos
Swordsoul tenyi with a more aggressive stance. 25-4, that was my road to D1 from D5. Runick almost can't touch this deck. It needs way too much, and the 1 time a runick flipped 4 floodgates turn 2 he lost anyway, no cyclone needed. I personally had problems against sky striker therions...mainly because I had a really bad hand (3 adhara, 1 shthana, 1 ash, going 1st.). The deck plays through a lot, and TTT helps it. The deck has clear weaknesses (like...set 5, flip tcboo) but also versatility and power.
Last 2 replays in my profile (ID: 501-019-235) show those qualities nicely, alongside a strong grind game. Diamond 5, japanese name, 2 turns, swordsoul vs dinomorphia. Diamond 4, Arkhrer, sunavalon therion.

I barely touch yang zing line since halq, do you still thinks it worth the time to main yz and chaofeng?

Definitely. Yazi is a house and a half going 2nd, and its strengths are in full display when it comes to board cleaning and extension. Baxia isn't opt on the spin, so...spin 4, response? Chaofeng is so unbearably obnoxious for some decks. It makes some matches free. Great examples are numeron, a historical Achilles' heel of this deck (especially lava golem) and drytrons. They both...die to chaofeng by default. If anything, I never summoned baronne once.
