Grinded the day and got a comfortable diamond 1. I originally wanted to get diamond 1 with my infernoid deck. However around 8/10 decks on ladder were floo, thanks to the new support that was added, and noids are not good against barrier statue. So I changed to Draco, which, when equipped with the right techs, can annihilate Floowandereeze; the perfect anti-meta deck for the ladder!

I made some changes to my diamond 5 list. Firstly I got rid of solemn scolding, and just opted for a clean 40 cards, to improve consistency and prevent bricking. Secondly I dropped a single maiden for Ignis, as I found his ability to grab heritage and kickstart the draw engine incredibly invaluable. This resulted in me still being able to play through an ash hitting my demise or desires, as heritage would usually atleast draw 1, if not 2, and more often than not this helped me draw into cards I needed

In hindsight, I feel the rivalrys were dead weight, I had them in there originally for the despia match up, but despia seemingly was nowhere in sight since the new cards dropped, and I'd probably opt for 3x tcboo or atleast 2x it. Aside from floo your running into salamangreat, and there's no guarantee the ladder will remain this way, but if it does tcboo is by far way more resourceful than even skill drain. Lastly, Inspector Boarder was MVP, it single handedly shut floo and other decks down, even after a HFD
