A variant of Umi Control where you want to go second every game. Works well in the current meta of Floo and Branded since they lack negates. Not quite as good against Swordsoul but not terrible either. The idea is to find ALO and normal summon Kairyu-Shin every game, the effect can't be responded to so they are forced to send all but one monster.
Only normal summon Jellyfish to special Kairyu-Shin if you're certain they don't have a set Infinite Impermanance or any other trap negate.
Thanks for the deck! Btw, i still don't understand how to normal summon kairyu shin, do you need to tribute summon or decrease the card level? thanks
From my understanding you want to draw ALO ("A Legendary Ocean") so your kairyu shin becomes lvl 4 and therefore you can NS him.
There are 2 other ways to summon it without legendary ocean, you can summon it with medusa effect from your hand or you can summon it with another monster sending umi from the field to the gy with kairyu-shin dark reef
