Feel free to replace Lightning Storm and Solemn Judgment with more adequate staples, such as Feather Duster or another copy of Infinite Impermanence. Also replace 2x Pot of Prosperity with Pot of Extravagance because Banlist. Crossout Designator would be nice too.

You'll want to go first, no matter what. Starting the game with Robina OR Eglen + any other Floowandereeze level 1 monster OR Magnificent Map + any Floowandereeze level 1 monster in your hand will allow you to tribute summon any of your level 7+ monsters (preferrably Empen) on turn 1, as long as your effects aren't negated. Robina + Magnificent Map OR Robina + Eglen will also allow you to also add Barrier Statue of Stormwinds to your hand via Robina's effect, which you can summon after activating Empen.

If you don't have access to any of the three Floowandereeze Spell/Trap cards before activating Empen on your first turn, I recommend adding Dreaming Town to your hand, which will allow you to normal summon during your opponent's turn AND change all their special summoned monsters to face-down defense position, if you need to. If you do have either of those, Unexplored Winds will threaten your opponent with having some of their cards tributed as well.

I didn't need an actual Extra Deck to reach Diamond V, but you might if you're going for a higher rank. Kikinagashi Fucho into Downerd Magician into Divine Arsenal AA-Zeus - Sky Thunder is a good play whenever you don't need to use any of your level 1 monster effects.
