Notes & Combos
The same deck as my last season Diamond 1 deck. That just proved how strong is this deck.
U guys already know 1 card combo for Scareclaw, but this deck adds more spicy endboard, because usually endboard with only tri-heart is kinda meh to be honest.
Here's the list of the combo :
1 Scareclaw = [1 Tri-Heart] (usually for OTK on 2nd turn) OR [DPE Scythe lock combo] (this is for turn 1 but not the best one).
2 Scareclaw (excluding field spell) = [1 Tri-Heart] (usually for OTK but with more little Scareclaws) OR [ DPE Scythe lock combo + Adventurer Negate] (the most optimal endboard for turn 1).
For the optimal combo path (need 2 any Scareclaw but of them needs to be lv 3)
-
Normal Summon any Scareclaw.
-
Link to Light-Heart > add Field Spell > Activate add Reichheart (If u didn't draw him).
-
Special Summon (SS) Reichheart > add Arrival > SS another lv 3 Scareclaw from ur hand.
-
Link using Reich & Light-Heart to Dagda > activate Arrival to SS lv 3 Scareclaw.
-
Link using 2 lv 3 to Cherubini > activate to dump Enchantress > activate Dagda set Scythe.
-
Activate Enchantress to add Rite > activate to SS token & spell.
-
Link using Cherubini & Dagda to Verte > add Dracoback spell > activate Fateful to search Gryphon discarding Dracoback > SS Gryphon & equip Dracoback from GY.
-
Activate Verte to SS DPE

Extra negate but mostly never summoned. But technically u can go Cicada, hit def monster the go to Zeus.

Would you say this deck is better than the scareclaw with tri-brigade? I’m ready to make a deck, but don’t know what to commit to.

Both have pros & cons. For me, the problem for tri-brigade is that u really depend on normal summon Rescue Cat too much the point if u got negated then it's pretty much over + too many tri-brigade monster means that u can't really add many techs.
This on the other hand can bait many handtraps and still be able to at least ended on DPE scythe is kinda good though.
Feel free to build either Tri or DPE scythe variant!

Just a little question, when do you use almiraj ? cuz you almost NS a scareclaw to go into Light-Heart so i don't really get the point of almiraj in this deck
