Notes & Combos
Always go second and grind them out. If you have to go first, you should probably just get your once per turns out and pass with no monsters out, since they're most likely Kaiju. Sometimes it'll be Numeron and you just gotta pray. Nyami in hand + reptile in grave works wonders here, but Droplet can win games as well.
If you go second, you'll use your entire hand to break their board and throw as much annoying stuff at them as you can. If you have the ressources, you will want to make a Baronne using Keurse and Lamia. This has to be done before using Echidna's search, so it doesn't come up too often.
Since you're going second, you can adjust what board you're building to the enemy deck. If you know they only have destruction removal, Melusine is unbreakable, Zer'oll lock destroys anything that relies on monster effects on the board like Swordsoul or Adamancipator, Number 38 is great if you know they have a spell in hand they rely on like Invocation.
Underworld Goddess, Access Code and Final Sigma are just some stuff to out specific boards, but rarely ever come up. Access Code to out Skill Drain by sending itself to activate it's effect, Underworld Goddess if you can't clear their board or play against Crooked Cook/Ignister, Final Sigma for when you get Maxx C'd or something and for some god forsaken reason get stuck on Level 8 + Coatl or if you steal a Baronne with Recoil and synchro it away with Lamia. You could replace them with Tapir, Colossus, Abyss Dweller or Zeus.
