Notes & Combos
This is more or less the deck I had been using last season until I hit Diamond, at which point DPE came out and my "Maxx C Punish" was no longer really viable. Then I just nabbed the free Impermanence and threw Card Destruction in there and things have gone very well, at least in getting back to Diamond (though bots helped with that).
That Black Garden's effects only apply on summoning is stronger than it might seem, since Framelord Omega, Shooting Majestic, and Cosmic Blazar don't return to the field via special summon, so there are times where I will just leave the Garden in play alongside all my negates. Barring tribute summons or a handful of Links, there's not much the opponent can do, and it's a poor man's block on Forbidden Droplet so long as Herald's on the board.
