Notes & Combos
I was inspired to play this by hendu and found it relatively easy to climb with. Main locks: Ojama + Rivalry of the Warlords/Gozen Match: Toggle on and do this during their draw phase to watch your opponent struggle to summon anything. If you have all three they can only summon LIGHT beasts which is difficult.
Fire Prison + Skill drain
Cauldron of the Old Man: Even though the effect damage is your main win condition, the life gain can serve as a lock of sorts in race situations.
Card choices/non-choices: I'm still not sold on Macro Cosmos. In its place, I have tried Grave of the Super Ancient Organism and Raigeki.
I never liked drawing Raigeki. Grave of the Super Ancient Organism is powerful against what it hits but dead against a lot of things (I'm looking at you Floo).
Eldlich is a pretty unwinnable matchup. Best to concede and queue again. If you are going first and have Macro Cosmos-ish effects ready, go for it.
The extra deck doesn't matter. I chose a bunch of things with graveyard effects in the rare event I face Dogmatika.
Prosperity and Extravagance clash with the cycle package (Upstart/Into the void/Card of Demise), but there might be some combination that works better.
Pot of Desires is a more interesting option. I don't like it because I found myself having to stall until my opponent decks out with some frequency. However, it is good at finding multiple pieces of the main locks of the deck.

Macros Cosmos is a silver bullet; the problem being of course as you summed up, the majority of opponents are not werewolves. If Master Duel ever gets a side deck, 3x is the first thing that goes in. As is, I would say 0-1 because even if it doesn't shut down the majority of strategies, it can hurt a lot more strategies than Eldlich.
As much as I also hate Raigeki, it feels almost like a necessary evil because it gives the Ojama + Rivalry/Gozen lock a chance when going second. I see that you and hendu were also talking Messenger of Peace, and I may give it a go as well.
The most interesting thing for me is that filling your extra deck with grave effects in the event of Dogmatika makes me wonder if there could be a version of stall that opts into Dogmatika itself. The issue is that even the bare minimum of 1x Nadir, 1x Ecclasia, 2-3x Punishment would still cut deep into the deck. Maybe we'll work something out down the line. But for now, this looks pretty good.
