Notes & Combos
Probably the last Swordsoul variant I'll be playing and linking, currently. The sheer amount of Despia and Floo forced this abomination. Crimson Blader and Final Sigma are alternatives for locking out Floo/Fusions, but can be replaced with whatever extra deck you'd personally prefer. Longyuan's Semi-Limit saw a bit more room to include other handtraps, and Droll stuck out as a way to not care too much about Maxx C. Getting your monsters tributed is still a bit of an issue though, and Chaofeng's only relevant if you get two distinctive Tenyis to prevent Nib.
Most turn 1's wind up being a mixture of Chixiao, Baronne, Protos, and whatever assorted backrow you might have left over. Qixing Longyuan is honestly not to my personal preference due to how it doesn't stop spells from resolving, Branded Fusion in particular proving troublesome. It's still useful if you have to make use of it to try to 'fix hands' in the case of a really awkward opener like double Longyuan/Taia or Vishuda.
