Goes first. Any deck that plays a "real" trap card (that cant be played from hand like evenly or imperm) is gonna want to go first, unless the person that built it has very weird ideas; you shouldn't run traps unless you aim to use them going first. (Except if you have an exceptionally bad matchup against a popular go-second deck, or if the trap card is exceptionally good going second within your strategy - both not the case here.)
