this list is 10-1 and the singular loss was such a generational throw i don't want to talk about it but it should be 11-0, and it's the most vibes based paleo list i have ever assembled which is kind of depressing but also kind of validating due to the vibes being informed by all the paleo decks i have put thought into

1 breakthrough skill because i have a royal, ipiria should definitely be a magicoloidal sol; who cares though because this is the list where i have finally played magical hats for the first time and in a format where the battle phase actually happens it's crazy how good this card becomes, it's basically just marella for 2 that can't be ashed with the not insignificant downside of only being activatable during your opponent's battle phase BUT the not insignificant upside of being absolutely hilarious

as a traptantalizing tune truther i am also reckoning with that card maybe not being worth playing because i haven't missed it at all, anubis solo has proven himself as i hoped he would - recycle your traps, make gustavs, pop opposing cards when you use holic; he is the judge of my heart and the verdict is guilty, of being goated

haters will say 3 rise 3 waboku is excessive, and the haters unsurprisingly are wrong because these cards are so annoying for your opponents that people will just scoop out of frustration or an unwillingness to be dragged into a 30 minute slog, which is just as much a victory as reducing their lifepoints to 0

overall i love this event because i can play this kind of paleo and this particular list doing so well is crazy but also great because i really enjoy summoning anubis over and over and over
