Diabellstar now being a Dragoon at the cost of a single Main Deck slot and 2 Extra Deck slots is really big for this deck.

Normal Summoning Silvy is a 1.5 card combo that can get you to a board with Baronne, White Witch, Vengeance, Saint Azamina, Moa Regina, and a Set Sinful Spoils of the White Witch and a second Vengeance in hand for possible plays on your opponent's turn.

1. Normal Summon Silvy and search Tales of the White Forest.
2. Activate Tales of the White Forest to search Elzette Azamina.
3. Special Summon Elzette Azamina with its own effect.
4. Synchro Summon into White Forest Rciela and activate it and Elzette's effect to search for White Witch (by sending a S/T to the GY) and Deception respectively. You can chain block here depending on what you still want/need.
5. Activate Deception and Tribute Rciela to search for Hallowed Azamina.
6. Fusion Summon Mu Rciela by sending Deception to the GY and search for Wanted.
7. Activate Silvy's GY effect by returning the White Forest Rciela to the Extra Deck. You can chain this to the Fusion Summon of Mu Rciela.
8. Synchro Summon Baronne using Silvy and Mu Rcielago. Baronne is your 6th summon so they have to Nibiru you before this. Alternatively you can also Synchro Summon Chaos Angel with a Light and Dark Monster.
9. Add back Hallowed Azamina by returning Elzette Azamina to the Deck.
10. Activate Hallowed Azamina and chain Wanted to it, searching for Vengeance. Use both Wanted and Vengeance to Fusion Summon Saint Azamina.
11. Activate Saint Azamina to Special Summon Moa Regina from the Extra Deck. This could also be Ilia Silvia if you want, but then ignore steps 12 and 13)
12. Activate Moa Regina to Special Summon Mu Rcielago from the GY.
13. Destroy Mu Rcielago with Baronne and search for Sinful Spoils of the White Forest, or any other Sinful Spoils spell you want.
14. Special Summon White Witch by sending Sinful Spoils of the White Forest (or any other Spell or Trap you can spare) to the GY.
15. Activate White Witch to send Curse of Diabell from Deck to the GY and chain Sinful Spoils of the White Forest to Set it.
16. Activate Curse of Diabell to add Filia Diabell.
17. Activate Filia Diabell to add Vengeance.
18. Special Summon Vengeance from the GY by banishing Filia Diabell and Curse of Diabell.
19. Activate Filia Diabell to boost the ATK of your Diabell monsters.
