S49: MIXING CUTE TREATS WITH SINGING FAIRIES

This is my current build for Solfachord Yummy, an evolution of Pure Yummy. The Solfachord cards share key synergies with Yummy, giving you 6 more high-quality starters and increasing both your hand-trap resilience + end-board stability. While other higher-ceiling hybrids like Magistus Dracotail have flopped, Solfa Yummy cleanly bridges the engines together into a consistent gameplan and near-FTK field. Compared to the Mitsurugi Yummy build, this version only plays 1 extra brick (Solfegia), which feels way better to me than staring at a dead Ritual or Mirror.

Solfachord Happiness is the real bomb card of this deck, acting as an extremely powerful starter and a versatile going 2nd tool. Unlike similar bonus effects like Ketu, Happiness is a soft-OPT on each effect, offering additional pendulum summons to help extend + push through boards. Meanwhile, Primoa is arguably your best NS in the deck (yes, even over Cupsy!), threatening immense pressure if it resolves. There were so many times that my Solfa cards forced disruption early, only for me to convert a Primoa / Cutia into Linkuriboh + slam down a Yummy for full combo anyway.

The typical end-board off one Solfachord starter I aim for is Coolia in the EMZ, Spright Elf with I:P in GY, Arc Light, a Yummy synchro (typically Cupsy Way), and Surprise set. This is effectively 7-8 disruptions with 2 omni-negates and your remaining 4-card hand, which just about rivals the output of Mitsurugi Yummy. You can swap the I:P for a Mirage Lights if you're worried about boardbreakers, but I don't think it comes up enough to warrant the tight ED slot.

A special note on Solfachord Musecia: You won't see this link-2 in many TCG-topping lists, but I personally think this is a mandatory inclusion. The key reason is that this card allows you to make Coolia before summon #5, without having to waste a random link-2 like I:P or Beyond. Additionally, Musecia enables some secret guu lines where you can reset your Solfegia scale after using your Coolia negate on turn 1, which otherwise would not be recoverable.

I'm pretty happy with how this list has felt so far — the only flex spot I would consider in the ED is swapping Gorgon for another utility card like Link Spider or Electrumite. Overall, if you're looking for fun non-Mitsu combo variant, Solfa will be a strong meta contender moving foward.

First replay shows typical endboard. Feel free to spectate me live as I take this build to the depths of Rated — hopefully I can showcase more replays vs. a variety of the meta during the climb, and not just Yummy mirrors haha.
