Notes & Combos

Artmage: With the limiting of Maxx "C", I started seeing Mulcharmy Fuwalos a lot more which this deck plays very well against. It also plays well against most handtraps (Not Dimension Shifter) with the ratios I played with. Seems like most don't have 3 Artmage Power Patron in their deck, but it has come up where having all 3 helped me, especially when making Nerva the Power Patron of Creation. Blazing Cartesia, The Virtuous is here because

• to have another target for Fusion Deployment
• provides another type to have on field if you already have Medius The Pure
• small package with Granguignol the Dusk Dragon which can send Golden Cloud Beast - Malong which bounces a monster when sent to the grave. (Good when going second)

Super Polymerization A strong card all around, but a little better in this archetype cause you can discard for the field spell. Notable inclusions are

• Azamina Ilia Silvia: is here for white forest/azamina.
• The Duke of Demise: When Fiendsmith makes D/D/D Wave High King Caesar, you want to get rid of this over other disruptions your opponent might have.

Gordian Slicer This is cutable, but it's a really good card going second plus can just be discarded for the field spell. My extra deck doesn't need a lot of space and you can definitely just banish 12 monsters, always leaving the artmage fusions & whatever super poly target is best for the matchup
