Just came back again from the dead. Sometimes I feel bored to the stale meta and then the YGO thirst comes in again due to Dkayed's videos. Might pause playing again when Ace Combat 8 releases.

I can't say if this will be my definitive way of playing the deck going forward as I started climbing at the latter end of the season.

Even as a rogue deck, it just feels good to play this deck with the newest supports. I just hope that they release an in-engine exosister handtrap as a lot of the new handtraps/breakers conflict with the xenolock.

A lot more resilient because of the support. I played a single copy of purulia as a filler due to shifter being banned (yes I played purulia on the announcement of the banlist to have a feel of the deck) and as a crossout target as purulia literally halts the deck when it resolves. You can play more depending on the matchups you often find. I am sure purulia will be necessary when climbing to M1 as elfnotes might be a common matchup there.

A mix of handtraps and breaker variant as I feel that a mix would be more appropriate to the current meta (I also want some removal for backrow heavy decks). I find that I tend to go second more with the coinflips and with the second turn player's winrate going to ashes, I decided to go with more breakers. With the new support, it doesn't feel bad to use droplet and evenly matched anymore as I can just toss them when I go first.

Rai-Oh. Yes. Searcheable floodgate with sayori-hime. Won me a lot of games and the summon negation does go up sometimes. Him together with karmael and vadis is often a lethal combo. You might replace it with another copy of stella or any disruptions if you prefer.
