The game plan is the usual Crusadia OTK with Equimax and Maximus.
Parallel eXceed gets you to Update Jammer, although it's less potent with Accesscode Talker banned for the event. If your opponent's field is empty then you can just go into Rasterliger instead, which will gain 2000 ATK (by targeting Update Jammer) and then attack twice. Many players are choosing to go second and refusing to put any monsters on the field if forced to go first, so the ability to OTK into an empty board is actually valuable.
If you can save your Kaiju until after your combo, then Regulex can search Crusadia Power after your 4th Summon and that protects either Equimax or Avramax from Nibiru.
