STALL IS BACK BABY. Runick put a damper on it for a bit, but now it's not as prevalent. Main locks: Rivalry of the Warlords+There Can Only Be One: The opponent can only have one face-up monster, this makes it hard for them to link.

Number 86 Rhongo: removing the ojama lock gave me a lot of extra space. Fire prison often forces decks into link monsters (Even Floowandereeze) so the Numbers Eveil + Sales Ban is often live. You can also Sales Ban naming Ash Blossom if you have to dig that turn.

Cauldron of the Old Man: Even though the effect damage is your main win condition, the life gain can serve as a lock of sorts in race situations.

Card choices/non-choices: Final Countdown: Optional. It is nice having a win condition that doesn't take up a spell zone. Allows Cauldron to go permanent gain life mode for race situations.

Jar of Avarice + Localized tornado: Prevents a lot of losses from deck out. Even against Runick (by far the worst matchup), the resources you use get shuffled back.

Ledger of Legerdemain: Un-ash-able draw 3.

Extra deck doesn't matter except Rhongo + Number's Eveil materials. I had Dogmatika Punishment targets, but I ended up cutting the trap. Another option is Utopia Dragonar to get Numeron C1, Hope Harbinger, or Stealth Kragan.

Numbers Eveil: 29+37+3+17=86 (Rhongo) 4 (numeron)+11+21+63=99 (Dragonar) Dragonar can go for Hope Harbinger, Stealth Kragan, or C1. This line is for when you have Numbers Eveil but not Sales Ban.
