The mystery of what happened to my dad. June 5th, 1987. I was 7 years old at the time. I was a bit of a handful as a child. Psychiatrist said that I was emotionally unstable and prone to violent and psychopathic tendencies, whatever that means. I came home after a long day of setting fires around the neighborhood and wanted to fix myself a nice bowl of crunchberries. There was one issue, no milk. At this point, I had a full-blown mental breakdown and started smashing stuff, punching a dog in the face, you know,regular kid stuff, lashing out. At one point, my dad says, "Okay, okay, I'm going to get you some milk. Just calm down, please." I calmed down a little,but I never saw my dad after that. I'm still trying to figure out why he left. Was it something I did? No. No, it couldn't be. I guess we may never know.
