Notes & Combos
It's the usual Umi Control decklist with a few changes:

Dark Ruler No More instead of Evenly Matched | This is a personal preference, Dark Ruler does a little less than Evenly Matched but it can't get negated reacted to or negated in most cases.

2 SSA and SSA2 instead of the usual 1 | Two of both do wonders on consistency and it really helps with grindgames.

An extra Mega Fortress Whale | Your opponent does not have any CBTG targets except for this card so running 2 has won me alot of grindgames I would've lost otherwise, especially versus Branded Despia since they have an extremely hard time once General Raiho hits the field.

Thunder Vassals | Credits to Zanzer0n on the Masterduelmeta Discord and the others in the Umi chat that helped me. This card does so much for the deck, I'll list a few below:
- Shuts down imperm turn 1
- Protects against most kaijus
- Provides a way to tribute summon
- Lock opponent out of summoning any non-water
Side notes: Instant Fusion can easily be replaced by either another vassal, Triple Tactics Talents, TCBOO or CBTG since crafting 3 Millennium-Eyes Restrict is absolutely not worth it. The extra deck doesn't matter much, only Coral Anemone and Knightmare Phoenix actually came up and N'tss once in a blue moon.
The deck is really fun to play since the choices you make actually matter alot most of the time.
